As mentioned, I went for my jogging just now. KNN i can play basketball for 2 hours, soccer 2 hours yet i can't run for more than 800m. Yes stupid 800m, for first 20m, my operated knee felt the weird feeling, my right shin got jam.... ah ya both my ankle became numb.... so i have to run for 200m, walk, run 200m, and repeat the same whole cycle.
Okie, think the above are all lame excuses... I will do a proper warm up before i go for my next jogging session. Hopefully it will be on thurs after my night class. Tomorrow will be having my weekly basketball session. Please call and check weather forecast before coming.
