How come i can only post when i'm in office? Strange.....
Starting from yesterday, I told myself i need to try my very best for
1) Slim down and keep fit
2) Cut down my smoking and eventually quit smoking....
I know it's very tough but with you guys aroud me, I'm sure i can do it. For my future wife, for my future health and my family....... Don't know how to do it... but will at least try... to cut down from 15-18 sticks per day to 10-12... eventually 5-8 then trash that stupid grass......
Been exercise these few days... even started to do sit up yesterday, strange thing is that with only 20 times(which encourage by Wilfred) i got cramp during the night,..... anyway will increase to 40 tonight... Skipped yesterday dinner with only a glass of milo to prevent any stomach problems....

Go Bro!! All the way... if you can take it, maybe try taking some meal replacements to shed that extra pounds... something like Cambridge Diet will do... I tried that close to my wedding... it did work but it kinda didn't provide enough energy I need... felt tired throughout the day...
ya loh... me also very tired the whole day... think it will be very hard to go diet + quit smoking... double effort.....
