I think i going to finalise my menu for this coming ROM.

Maybe you guys can advise me which dishes you think is not popular and i should change it.

Cream of Wild Mushroom( is this soup from canned such as canbell?)

Braised Tofu with golden mushrooms - someone suggest used fried tofu instead of braise. what u think

Pan fried Snapper Fillet w/lemon butter sauce
Daging Belado - this is slice beef stir with chili paste
Stir Fried Veg with oyster sauce
Singapore Fried noodles

Dessert
Tropical and seasonal fresh fruits
selection of french pastries
mango pudding
